Are all your products 100% natural?
We realised that it’s impossible to make 100% natural cosmetics without harming their safety, conservation and quality. To respect the integrity of our products, they aren’t completely produced with natural ingredients, although they have the highest possible percentage of them.
Who makes your cosmetics?
Our cosmetics are manufactured by people at risk of labour exclusion such as  young people, victims of gender violence and people with disabilities. In this way, we offer them a safe and dignified work environment
What are the main advantages of using organic cosmetics over those containing synthetic ingredients?
As for the consumer, the greatest advantage of this type of cosmetics is the better tolerance of the skin and the absence of chemical substances, which minimises the effects of allergic reactions or intolerances and maximises safety. When it comes to our planet, it minimises the environmental impact.
Who do we recommend the use of our cosmetics to?
Our cosmetics are good for people with all skin types, including those with very sensitive, intolerant or allergic skin.
How do I return a cosmetic if it is damaged?
In case of getting a damaged or broken product, you can contact us to see what is wrong and we will find the best way to fix it. Whether the purchase is made physically or online, the customer will be able to choose between getting their money back or exchanging the faulty product for a new one. Thanks to this service, we will make sure that all our consumers have the best experience in our store and we will be able to improve our service.

Nativis' cosmetics can be found in our physical shop in Lleida or in our online store, which is available 24 hours a day. Our webpage allows consumers from all over Spain to purchase our products.
